Cancellation Policy

Here at Max Appliance Repair, we understand that unexpected things can happen that would force you to cancel your appointment with us.

If you have to cancel your appliance repair appointment, we ask that you please give us at least 3 hours notice.

Service calls can only be canceled by speaking with a live customer service representative. You can call us at (604) 229-4068 to cancel an appointment. Please do not leave us a voicemail or message us through email or contact form to cancel. 

If you do not adhere to these measures, then you will be charged a service call charge of $79+ tax. 

Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
